Solar Services for Your Home
We do five things, and we do them on your roof, in your garage and along your outside walls. That covers solar panel installation, roof-mounted solar, battery storage, solar repair and panel cleaning. We hold over 40 solar certificates and licenses, so the wiring, mounting and paperwork are handled by people trained for it. Pick the service that fits, or tell us what is going on and we will point you to the right one.

Solar Panel Installation
Rooftop solar sized from your real usage, wired to code, permitted, and installed by a crew that cleans up before leaving each day.

Solar Repair
We track down why your solar system stopped producing, show you what failed, and fix it without leaving a mess behind.

Panel Cleaning
Soft-brush, purified-water washing that clears dust, pollen and bird mess off your panels without scratching the glass or soaking your yard.

Roof-Mounted Solar
Solar panels mounted on your roof with sealed attachments, tidy conduit runs and a full cleanup at the end of every work day.

About Our Company
We are a solar company based in The Colony, TX. We install, fix and maintain residential solar systems, and that is all we do. We do not sell other home projects on the side.
Our view is simple. People let us work on the house they live in, so we should treat it with care. That means tarps down, scraps picked up and a yard you can walk through barefoot when we drive away. North Texas summers are hard on equipment and hard on crews, and we plan our days around that heat so the work stays careful.

What Moves the Price of Solar
Every home is different, so we do not quote a number before we look. These are the things that make a job cost more or less. Once we see your roof and electrical panel, we can put real figures in writing.
We give you a written estimate after we look at your home, with each part listed. If anything changes during the job, you hear about it before we do the work.
- System size
- How many panels you need depends on how much power your home uses and how much roof faces the sun. Bigger systems cost more up front but cover more of your bill.
- Roof layout and access
- A simple roof with one large south or west face goes faster than a roof with many valleys, vents and steep pitches. Two-story homes take more setup and safety gear.
- Your electrical panel
- Some older panels do not have room for a solar breaker. If yours needs an upgrade to connect safely, that goes on the estimate as its own line.
- Equipment choices
- Panel brand, inverter type and whether you add a battery all change the total. We explain the tradeoffs in plain terms so you can pick what makes sense for you.
- Permits and utility steps
- Most jobs need a city permit and a connection agreement with the utility. Fees and inspection steps are part of the cost, and we list them so they are not a surprise later.
How We Work at Your Home
Solar is a big job on a house you live in. Here is what you can count on from us while we are there.
- 01
We cover things before we start
Drop cloths go down in the garage and along walkways. We tarp flower beds under the work area and keep ladders off your siding with standoffs. Nothing gets set on your car or your patio furniture.
- 02
Pickup every day, not just the last day
At the end of each work day we gather wire scraps, packaging and screws. We run a magnet sweep over the driveway and yard so a stray screw does not end up in a tire or a bare foot.
- 03
Straight answers on repair or replace
If a system can be fixed, we say so. If a panel or inverter is at the end of its life, we show you why with photos and readings, then let you decide.
- 04
Estimates you can read
You get a written estimate broken out by line: panels, mounting, inverter, battery if you want one, permits and labor. If something changes once we are on the roof, we stop and talk to you before doing more.
- 05
Neat wiring you can live with
Conduit runs are planned to follow trim lines and corners where we can. The goal is a system that looks like it belongs on your home, not one that was rushed.
The Steps of a Solar Project
Nearly every install moves through the same few stages. Here is the usual path from your first call to panels making power.
- 1
First call and home visit
You share details about your house and your electric bills. Then we come by to inspect the roof, look over the electrical panel and measure.
- 2
Layout and itemized estimate
We map out panel placement and the wiring route. You receive that layout plus an itemized estimate to look over without any rush.
- 3
Permit and utility filings
We get the permit and handle the utility application for you. The city and the utility deal with us, not you, and we call with updates along the way.
- 4
Days on site
The on-site work usually runs one to three days. We cover the yard and garage, attach the racking, place the panels and wire the inverter, and clean up each evening before heading out.
- 5
Approval and startup
After the inspection passes and the utility approves, we return to switch the system on, and you are welcome to watch. We show you the monitoring so you can track your home's daily production.
Questions Homeowners Ask Us
Something not covered here? (972) 640-8783
Will installing solar damage my roof?
Not when it is done right. We fasten the racking into the rafters and seal every mount with flashing made for that roof type. We check the roof before we start, and if it looks like it needs work first, we tell you before any panels go up.
How messy is an install?
There is some noise and a truck in the driveway for a few days. We cover walkways, garage floors and beds before we start. Every evening we pick up scraps and run a magnet over the driveway and yard for loose screws.
How long does it take from first call to a working system?
The work on your home usually takes one to three days. The longer part is permits, the city inspection and utility approval, which can take a few weeks. We handle that paperwork and keep you updated as it moves.
Do I need a battery?
Not everyone does. A battery stores power for evenings and outages, which some homeowners want and others do not. We walk through how you use power and tell you honestly whether battery storage is worth it for you.
Do I need to be home during the install?
Not the whole time. We need access to the electrical panel, the garage and the outside walls, plus a way through the gate if you have one. Many homeowners head to work and come back to a swept driveway. We go over what got done each day, in person or by phone.
What happens if my system stops producing?
Call us and describe what you are seeing. We come out, test the panels, wiring and inverter, and show you what we found. Then we give you a written price for the fix before we start.
How often should panels be cleaned?
It depends on your home. Dust, pollen and bird droppings build up over a dry Texas summer and cut output. Many homes do fine with a wash once or twice a year, and we can tell you after looking at yours.
Is your work covered by a warranty?
Yes. We give a 10-year workmanship warranty on solar. If something we installed is not right because of how we did the work, we come back and fix it. Ask us on the phone and we will go over what it covers.
